Up with the sun!

This was something I used to do when I was living at Lake Ronix. I’d wake up with the sun and go to bed when it went down... no alarm clock needed, just formed a habit in order to make the most out of every day.

I’ve missed that freedom. But this morning I decided to get up at 4am so I could meet @jeffweatherall and @bro.the.bordercollie for the sunrise on burleigh hill here in the Gold Coast.
There’s something invigorating about watching the sun come up, like it’s nature’s way of switching the body on. So I’ve decided that this summer I’ll be making more of an effort to get up early, to see more sunrises and make the most of the days.
