I absolutely LOVE meeting new people, collaborating with them and creating new opportunities for others and myself.
I spent a few hours yesterday with a new friend and we sat there dreaming, planning and mapping out what our collaboration will look like.
It is going to be exciting, fun and the best part is there will be massive impact.
You know how I know I’m doing what I was put on this earth to do? People and opportunities keep showing up for me, almost daily!

#NaNoWriMo2019 Update: Day 18
Sometimes you’ve got to let loose and relax. This last weekend, I enjoyed a rejuvenating weekend getaway with some of my fellow improv performers. We used the profits from our last show to pay for a trip to a nearby resort. It was a blast! And after two stressful weeks that involved a kink in my neck keeping me in bed for 2 days AND a migraine that kept me in bed for a day and half, I was EXTREMELY grateful to have some down time with people who lift me up.
This morning, after an 8 day hiatus, I wrote 354 words for NaNoWriMo. It’s not much but after a long break it feels great to get back to writing. My total word count for the month is up to 6,365. I’m not sure if I’ll meet the 50,000 word goal by the end of the month. Ultimately, I’m just happy to be writing again. 😊

What about you? I need this challenge more than usual. Haven’t been feeling my best in a few weeks. I’m not sick (thankfully) but not well either, and as an autoimmune warrior, those subtle signs are definitely something to pay attention to. .

I've been struggling lately...
Have you ever been in a funk that just doesn't seem to go away? I feel like I've been battling constant up and down internal thoughts lately...

I feel good in my body, I wish I looked a certain way
I love being busy, I'm overwhelmed
I'm ready for IVF, I'm not ready for IVF
I could go on and on...
As humans we carry some serious up and down emotions and that's inevitable with this crazy rollercoaster called life. Sometimes just getting through the day is enough to reset, but it's not a new day you need to start over, it's a new mindset!
So, I'm giving myself and you permission to reset, readjust, restart, refocus, as many times as you need to. My intention this week is to embrace the present moment, feel all the the feels and to be kind to myself everyday. You are entirely up to YOU!

There are many days it will feel too much. Lower your expectations on those days to give yourself the respect you deserve - you are trying. Get up, dressed, eat, drink some water, go outside for a walk. That can be more than enough when you’re feeling at your worst.
