We are all a product of modern society. It is not surprising, that our lifestyle is limited to patterns of thinking and behaving that we have learned from childhood.
In fact, by adulthood we turn into professional actors, so firmly embodied in the role that completely forgot real themselves. And the driving force in this life performance is the longing for happiness.
The pursuit of happiness bears their fruits only up to a certain point. But the pleasure of each new achievement passes quickly, and instead of joy, we become more and more disappointed. Inner emptiness appears that makes us seek for new sources of filling.
Inner tension is growing of not accepting life as it is. Along with it, the ability to enjoy simple things is lost. Amusement, alcohol and other pleasure stimulators firmly enter into our lives. Happiness is out of the question already. Life is gradually turning into survival.
The human body resources won’t last forever. Self-violence resulting in malfunctions of every system of the body, physical and mental disorders.
Depression is becoming our constant companion. We can’t see a way out of this situation. Often the feeling of meaninglessness of existence leads to a complete rejection of life.
Sense of hopelessness makes you start searching for a new way of existence, the search for the real self. The question about the meaning of life arises sharply. Now we need to stop exploiting our nature in search of pleasure. We need our resources to fully reveal our internal potential.
All necessary to realize the meaning of life and for practical knowledge of the true self is taught during training in the Givin School.

Importance of Rahu & Ketu in spiritual upliftment.
Basically, nothing good comes out of these two shadow planets.
Rahu manipultaes you into everything that’s wrong. It may give you materialistic fulfilment but it will eventually cause you misery.
Ketu has no brain. It keeps your brain engaged in a particular activity without thinking what’s right and wrong. Only in certain situations it helps you in spirituality when you engage yourself in such activities..
An easy way to counter the effects of these two planets (mind that you can’t “improve” these planets): Be more spiritual!
When your mind is in Krishna, Rahu won’t be able to manipulate you and Ketu will keep you fixed in that mind state. 🌱

Think back to 10 years ago; 5 years ago, 1 year ago; 6 months ago...maybe even just a few weeks ago. Think about the people who were in your life then; it’s likely that many of the people who played the cast in the film of your life are not all still there; however there may be some replacement appearances...or maybe not...maybe there’s just less people in your life altogether!
It is true; people are like seasons, they do change all the time. Everything is impermanent, everything changes both positively & negatively; change is that one thing in life we can ALL be certain of. That’s why it’s so important to learn the strength to navigate your way through life without actually relying on anyone - we come into this life alone and we must leave it alone also - the people we meet in-between are a bonus - but it’s important for us to never forget that the relationships we build will always always end because everything is impermanent. That’s with family, friends, partners, colleagues, animals, professionals etc.
People say one thing which at the time the probably firmly believe is true - well, people take wedding vows and look how many vows are broken and marriages end - people can be full of many intentions when they deliver “speech” - but with time, their actions can greatly falter from their words and so change happens! It might be that people who have been together simply outgrow one another - one changes dramatically and no longer fits into the mould of what was.
Many people are afraid of change, but change is vital - when we don’t change we stagnate.
Learning the difference between #loneliness & #aloneness is probably one of the most valuable lessons we can learn. I’m not referring to simply living alone or spending a bit of time alone - I mean learning the meaning of “aloneness”! If we can learn how to be strong all alone - that is the most empowering blessing ever imaginable, and us truly self liberating 🙏🏻
