We are the result of our daily choices and habits. If last week didn't go as planned learn from it and move forward.
Hit snooze, cancelled your morning sessions and told yourself you'd go later and didn't make it in that evening? Get to bed earlier, have your gym bag packed and don't hit snooze.
Slipped up with nutrition and ordered uber eats a few evenings or ate out for lunch daily? Spend 10 mins planning what you're eating for the week and get to the shop later so you're stocked up and prepared.
Struggle to make the gym at the end of the week? Get a couple of sessions in earlier in the week to take the pressure off.
Look at what didn't work last week, learn from it and move forward. Make progress not excuses this week!
Good morning 😴☀️ You make time for the things you want & in order to do that I had to get up at 4:45 am to be able to get my workout in! Between school until 9 then right to work until 6 then a dr. appointment and studying I literally didnt think it was going to be possible to get it done today but I’m so glad I got myself up without hitting snooze😂 I feel amazing and todays workout was just what I needed! My HIIT session was tough my body started to give out mid 2nd set but I got the rhythm back and so glad I finished the entire workout with no rest! Enjoy your monday! 💪🏼💗
