Went for a jog tonight with this sweet pea. Watch wasn't working right and kept pausing so I stopped it and fixed the settings and restarted. Felt good! 😊.

Quick #flexFriday where I just took one shot and decided I'd be fine with it. I could've spent time fussing with my pose, but I had stuff to do, people to see! Not gonna obsess over what isn't perfect, because that's how we lose sight of what's still good.

Quick easy way to portion your food out depending on your health goals! I'm 5'2" and I *STRUGGLED* with eating way too much for my build and activity level in the past. This plate method really helped me keep my calories at the appropriate deficit while also feeling ompletely happy and satisfied with my meal! 😍👍I STACK 50% myplate with veggies, and I keep my protein at about 30% of the plate and 20% I leave for carbs. I make my partner's plate much bigger as he is actively trying to bulk and build muscle (50% carbs/ 30%protein 20%veggies) so I decided to post both for everyone to see an example of what and how we eat 😁☺️
Gym schedule has been crazy this week and will continue to be messed up next week. Had a terrible quad day on Wednesday and just felt sick before I started. Will do some upper body this weekend which I’ve been slacking on lately. Just bought more creatine to use in my pre-workouts so hopefully that works out okay. Here are some positions for stretching that I do every leg day:
- Butterfly for hips
- Single leg and both leg forward bend
- Lunge and forearm lunge
- Childs pose for hips
- Pigeon pose for glutes
- Seated twist for back
