Day 7: Practice Meditation Challenge
The Rule is simple: Find 10 minutes to practice Meditation today.
I am sure that you have already heard about Meditation. Maybe you have already tried it one day, or you are already doing it everyday, the benefits of meditation are multiple and real.
How to meditate: Find a quiet room, set a time for 10minutes and sit on the floor with your leg crossed. Gently rest your hands on your knees and close your eyes. Your will notice that a lot of thoughts will cross your mind, try to notice them without clinging on to them, focus on your breath. Notice the air entering your nose, travelling to your lungs and exhale. Repeat. Do that for 10 minutes. You can light a scented candle, or put some relaxing music, be ready to relax.
