He walked into my garden like he knew every bit of it
Every flower he touched, only bloomed brighter
And I liked seeing all that magic he did
It was a change that I really needed
Something that I longed to see
All my memories and all the words that I've ever said
It was like he remembered everything so perfectly
Every memory he read as he touched the tips of the leaves
He kept planting a new one.
A brand new one which only had him and I
And those flowers were the newest, most colorful and shined as the rain poured
The rain only made everything stronger
Just like he refused to crush down every bit of me
The rain did too
Every droplet that poured down
Only brought us more closer
All this still doesn't make sense to me, not at all
But all I know is that he was the one
The first one who decided to not just crush me down and take away all the good.
He knew that if he needed this, the good, the part of me that I always hid forever
He shouldn't uproot all that I love.
